Musing Support

Help with the iOS companion, desktop app, account, and local coding-agent connection.

Contact support

Email support@staymusing.com and include the device you use, the Musing app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, or private task content.

Sign-in help

Enter your email address in the iOS app and use the six-digit code sent to that inbox. If a code expires, request a new one. Check spam or filtered folders if the message does not arrive.

Tasks are not running

The iOS app sends tasks to a coding agent running on your own machine. Confirm that the Musing desktop app or daemon is online and that at least one supported coding agent is available on that machine.

Delete your account

In the iOS app, open Accounts, tap Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your hosted Musing account, tasks, recordings, attachments, agents, and connected-machine access. You can also contact support if you cannot access the app.
